Dr. Jared Hansen
Dr. Jared Hansen was born in Bavaria, Germany (Army kid), and grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah before attending Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2016.
During his dental education, Dr. Hansen was a proud recipient of the F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program through the US Army. Following graduation, he served as an Active-Duty Army dentist for five years, an experience he deeply valued for the opportunity to serve his country and fellow Soldiers.
Dr. Hansen is particularly drawn to the human connections he forms through dentistry. While he understands that visiting the dentist isn’t everyone’s favorite activity, he hopes to make your experience a positive one!
Outside of the office, Dr. Hansen enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active through mountain biking and running with his daughters, snowboarding, and generally being outdoors.
Dr. Shania Mechnig-Giordano
Dr. Shania Mechnig-Giordano, DMD is a general dentist who believes great dentistry starts with kindness, trust, and truly listening to patients. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for at every visit. A first-generation dentist, she earned her degrees from Arizona State University and Roseman University of Health Sciences and was inspired to pursue dentistry through her own childhood experience with dental care. Outside the office, Dr. Mechnig-Giordano enjoys hiking local trails, trying new vegan recipes, crafting, and spending time with her husband and their five cats. She loves building lasting relationships and caring for the community she serves.
